Information used for an order

When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, selected item and quantity. We use this information to process, communicate about and deliver your order.

How information is processed

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Order records are held in our connected Upstash database and can be viewed by the shop through its password-protected dashboard. Delivery details may be shared with the courier handling your order.

Your shopping bag

Your browser stores the items and quantities in your shopping bag so it can be kept between visits. Payment card details are not collected for cash-on-delivery orders.

Contact requests

When you use our contact form, your name, email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry. We do not add contact email addresses to a marketing mailing list.

Before launch

The store’s operator contact details and final data retention policy will be added before ordering opens.
